Order Processing

Orders received by buydecor Store are given immediate attention. Our team processes purchases within 1–2 business days, counting Monday through Friday and excluding federal holidays. Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time are generally dispatched the same business day. As soon as your package leaves our facility, we will send a confirmation email with a unique tracking number so you can monitor its progress in real time.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We provide multiple shipping methods within the United States so you can select the speed that fits your needs. Delivery timeframes begin once your order has left our warehouse.

International Shipping

buydecor Store ships internationally to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and selected European Union countries. International orders are normally delivered within 7–14 business days after dispatch. Any import duties, customs charges, or local taxes are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees.

Order Tracking

Transparency matters to us. Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your email. If you do not see a tracking update within 3 business days of receiving your order confirmation, please contact our customer support team so we can look into it for you.

Address Changes

If your shipping address needs to be corrected, please email us with your order number within 1 hour of placing the order. We will make every effort to accommodate requests received after that window, but we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has entered processing.
